Hive is a very addictive strategy game for two players that is not limited by a game board but can be played anywhere on a flat surface. Hive Carbon consists of 23 parts, 13 black and 13 white, which are similar to a variety of animals where each has a unique way of moving.
Without the need for any preparation, the game starts when the first tile is laid out. When the following tiles are played out, this forms a pattern that becomes the playing surface (the tiles themselves become the game board). Unlike other such games, the tiles are never knocked out and not everyone needs to be played. The object of the game is to completely surround your opponent's queen, while trying to block your opponent from doing the same with your queen. The player who succeeds in this wins.
