But instead of the dice deciding how many steps you can go, you play cards that determine the number of steps. Not only that, some of the cards have special rules that affect the game in unexpected and fun ways.
There are also alternative rules where each play gets unique abilities. For example, the King moves slower, but can only be bumped by other kings!
