Build towers and place watchmen to protect your lands. The towers are contested, but if your watchmen spot the thieves, you score points as a reward.

You get all of this:
13 New land tiles - Thieves are on the loose! Place watchmen on towers to score their bounty.
5 Tower tiles - If thieves get away, they steal your tile and you place a new tower foundation instead.
20 Tower floors - Floor by floor towers grow higher and increase their range over time.
1 Tile dispenser tower - The tile dispenser tower provides a dedicated space for the land tiles.
