Warlord is known as “the game you already know how to play” due to its use of a d20 and popular roleplaying game mechanics. Players build their decks around a Warlord and starting army, commanding their forces in snappy back and forth turn actions using a d20 to resolve spells, attacks, and abilities.

Each Warlord and Character in the game belongs to one of the six factions of the Accordlands, and every card has one or more of the four classes. Each faction and class is asymmetrical with unique mechanical leanings and strategies so that no two feel exactly alike.
